EA FC 27 Licensed Content Confirmed: 800 Clubs, 140 Stadiums and 35+ Leagues.

EA FC 27 drops on September 25, and the licensing numbers are genuinely staggering — over 21,000 players, 800-plus clubs and national teams, 140 authentic stadiums, and more than 35 leagues. This isn't incremental growth. It's EA reasserting that no competitor comes close to matching its footprint in licensed football.

The headline domestic leagues are all present: Premier League, Bundesliga, LALIGA EA SPORTS, Serie A Enilive, Ligue 1, Eredivisie, Liga Portugal, Scottish Premiership, and the full EFL pyramid — Championship, League One, League Two — 72 clubs combined. Women's football gets real representation too, with the Barclays Women's Super League, NWSL, Google Pixel Frauen-Bundesliga, Arkema Première Ligue, and UEFA Women's Champions League all included.

Liga BBVA MX joins the party in full

The most notable addition this cycle is Liga BBVA MX. All 18 Mexican top-flight clubs are in, fully licensed — players, kits, the lot. For a game that's been steadily expanding its North American footprint alongside MLS's 30-club roster, this completes the picture in a region where EA FC's growth has been aggressive and deliberate.

The full competition lineup covers every major continental tournament worth caring about:

  • UEFA Champions League, Europa League, Conference League and Super Cup
  • UEFA Women's Champions League
  • CONMEBOL Libertadores, Sudamericana and Recopa
  • Carabao Cup
  • Roshn Saudi League, K League, Chinese Super League, A-League
  • Trendyol Süper Lig, Ekstraklasa, Austrian Bundesliga, Allsvenskan, Eliteserien, 3. Liga, Superliga
  • SSE Airtricity League Premier Division

Stadiums: 140 confirmed, more still coming

Santiago Bernabéu, Anfield, Allianz Arena, Parc des Princes — the marquee venues are locked in. But EA has confirmed that additional stadiums and rebuilds haven't been announced yet, which means the final count will be higher than 140. That's a deliberate drip-feed of news designed to keep the conversation going through launch.

For anyone who bets on football markets regularly, the depth of licensing matters beyond nostalgia — accurate kits, rosters, and stadium data feed directly into how people engage with the game's Ultimate Team and career modes, and those modes drive the community that keeps odds conversations alive year-round. EA FC 27's roster depth, particularly across South America and Asia, reflects where the global game is actually growing.

September 25 is the date. Between now and then, expect EA to keep dripping out stadium reveals.
