The 2026-27 Premier League season arrives with a fresh wave of North American fans still buzzing from the World Cup — and a title race that's genuinely hard to call. Arsenal defending their first championship in over two decades. Haaland and City trying to claw back the throne. Liverpool and Chelsea lurking. This is not a gentle re-entry into club football.
Here's exactly how to catch every match depending on where you are in North America.
How to watch in the United States
NBC remains the home of the Premier League in the U.S. through 2028, but the broadcast is spread across several platforms — some free, some not.
- NBC: Free over the air with an antenna, or included with any pay TV package. Typically carries one Saturday showcase match (usually 12:30 p.m. ET). The studio show "Premier League Live" features Rebecca Lowe alongside Robbie Earle, Robbie Mustoe, and Tim Howard.
- Peacock: NBC's streaming arm handles most of the EPL's digital load. Exclusive matches, Spanish-language streams, and multiview options are all here. A Premium subscription costs $10.99/month — college students can get a year for $5.99/month. "The Men in Blazers Show," fronted by Roger Bennett, is also part of the Peacock lineup.
- NBCSN: Carries some live matches alongside Peacock. Available through select pay TV sports packages and on YouTube TV.
- USA Network: Now under Versant Media rather than NBC, which means USA matches do not stream on Peacock. You'll need the USA app with pay TV credentials, or a cable/satellite login. A significant chunk of the weekly schedule lands here — including the season opener.
- Overflow channels (CNBC, Golf Channel, Syfy): Used occasionally for congested matchweeks. Syfy and CNBC both carried games on last season's Championship Sunday. All require pay TV credentials.
- Telemundo and Universo: Spanish-language broadcasts on linear TV. Telemundo is free over the air; Universo comes with most pay TV plans. These two just came off the biggest Spanish-language World Cup broadcast in U.S. history, so the production quality is there.
Fubo also offers a streaming route to live Premier League matches in the U.S. for those who want to skip the traditional cable bundle entirely.
How to watch in Canada
Canadian viewers have a cleaner situation. Fubo holds the EPL rights north of the border, and the platform bundles in Serie A, plus select Bundesliga, Ligue 1, and Concacaf fixtures. The "sports pro" tier adds DAZN, which covers UEFA competitions.
Pricing: the standard sports plan runs $44.97 for the first three months, then $83.97 per quarter. The sports pro bundle starts at $134.97 for the first quarter and $149.97 every three months after that.

The season runs 380 fixtures across 38 matchweeks, with international breaks in late September, mid-November, and late March. The winter transfer window opens January 1, 2027, and closes February 1. Championship Sunday — all ten final matches kicking off simultaneously — is May 30, 2027.
Last season's most-watched Premier League match in U.S. history was Arsenal vs. Man City. With the same two clubs headlining the title race again, that record probably won't stand for long.
