Messi's Delhi Tour: Meetings with PM Modi, CJI, and Cricket Stars Highlight Final Day.

Football superstar Lionel Messi is set to meet several high-profile Indian officials during his visit to Delhi on Monday. The Argentine legend will cap off his GOAT India Tour with meetings including Prime Minister Narendra Modi, the Chief Justice of India, and the Army chief.

Messi's packed Delhi schedule kicks off at 10:45 am with his arrival in the capital. He'll then participate in a 50-minute 'Meet and Greet' session at a local hotel before heading to the Prime Minister's residence for a 20-minute interaction with Modi.

The football icon's next destination will be the home of an MP, reportedly NCP leader Praful Patel, who previously served as president of the All India Football Federation for three terms. At this gathering, Messi will meet several dignitaries including CJI Justice Surya Kant, Army chief General Upendra Dwivedi, and Argentina's Ambassador to India.

Football and Cricket Worlds Collide at Kotla Stadium

Following his meetings with officials, Messi will make his way to Ferozshah Kotla Stadium around 3:30 pm. He'll receive a musical welcome before heading to a small soccer field where Indian celebrities will be playing a match.

The eight-time Ballon d'Or winner will greet the players and take group photos with the teams. A special football clinic with 22 children is scheduled from 3:55 pm to 4:15 pm, giving young fans a once-in-a-lifetime opportunity to interact with one of football's greatest players.

In a beautiful crossover of sporting worlds, two Indian cricketers will present Messi with a gift at the center of the field. The Argentine star will reciprocate by handing over two pre-signed jerseys to the cricketers.

This Delhi visit marks the final leg of Messi's highly anticipated India tour. For football fans in India, this represents a rare chance to see the global icon in person, as the country rarely hosts football stars of Messi's caliber.

The presence of such a legendary figure in Indian football circles could potentially boost interest in the sport across the country. Messi's visit might inspire a new generation of young Indian players while giving existing fans a memory they'll cherish forever.

After the conclusion of the GOAT concert at the stadium, Messi's convoy will head directly to the airport, bringing his brief but impactful India tour to a close. Though short, this visit by one of football's all-time greats represents a significant moment for the sport in India.
